Visionary Advancements

This state-of-the-art, 11-story , 609,000sq ft. facility that is currently in progress represents a new center of gravity for the Washington University School of Medicine campus. This facility will enable the strategic alignment and co-location of the School of Medicine’s nationally-recognized program strengths in neuroscience, neurology, and psychiatry through research and its applications to education and clinical practice. The project brings together more than 100 research teams from across the university focused on solving the many mysteries of the brain and the body’s nervous system. The research facility will house visionary teams advancing neuroscience research, with special focus on fighting, curbing and ultimately eradicating major neurological and neurodegenerative disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease.
