NEXTGEN PRECISION HEALTH INSTITUTE

Columbia, MO

Collaborative Medical Discoveries

A 265,000-square-foot, five-story precision health facility will provide space for more than 60 principal investigators along with a lower level vivarium to help develop therapies for companion animals and serve as an important step toward clinical trial evaluations for humans. The NextGen Precision Health Initiative will help the University of Missouri translate fundamental research from laboratories to effective treatments and devices, which will benefit all Missourians as well as the rest of the world. The building will serve as the flagship NextGen location & will be the anchor for medical research and discovery. The core of the NextGen Precision Health initiative is about breaking down barriers to reduce the time it takes for research discoveries to become effective, targeted treatments. PayneCrest worked effectively and efficiently to complete major infrastructure installations.
