Faced with an enormous “first impressions count” challenge, Penn National Gaming turned to PayneCrest to transform a newly acquired gaming venue into the glitzy Hollywood Casino without disrupting ongoing gaming operations. PayneCrest earned AGC Keystone Award honors by managing 16 fluctuating job assignments, an unrelenting deference to casino customers, an unpredictable and expanded scope of work, strict gaming compliance issues, and even a tornado strike.
