The research firm combines biotechnology and data science to enhance the nutritional qualities and sustainability of crops. The 160,000 square foot four story building will be home to the new headquarters for Benson Hill. The $52 million facility is located on the campus of the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center off of North Warson Road. The new facility accommodates Benson Hill’s tremendous growth as they expand product development capacity and ramp up commercialization efforts to improve food and ingredients on a global scale.

$52 Million | Design-Build
The facility includes research laboratories, shared workspaces, and common elements such as lounges, fitness, yoga and break space designed to encourage collaborative engagement and to improve the quality of the work environment beyond the laboratory bench.
The architectural, structural and MEP systems have been designed to support laboratory and research environments in an effort to attract lab / research tenants.
