In a remarkable display of planning, logistics and pinpoint execution, PayneCrest took less than 35 days to complete the overhaul of the body shop at the Chrysler Plant in Fenton to meet production launch deadlines for the 2008 line of minivans. Working much like a pit crew at the Indy 500, PayneCrest performed an entire floor-to-ceiling electrical overhaul that required demolition and installation of auto assembly tooling cells, including nearly 1,200 pieces of intricate robotics and equipment.
