St. Louis Mills
1.3 Million SF Mega Mall | Hazelwood, Mo.

PayneCrest overcame logistical challenges in this fast-track project to install more than one million feet of MC cable and wire to power 183 stores, some of them more than a half mile apart. PayneCrest also placed “white boxes” to cover an enormous portion of the 1.3 million-square-foot retail center, with feeders to all stores, thermostat, rooftop units, control wiring and storefront lighting to smaller tenants.
