Our team gathered to kickoff the 2021 PayneCrest Assistant Project Manager & Project Engineer Partnership Program.

During this program our goal is to accelerate the development of our PE’s and give the APM’s an opportunity to share their experiences and knowledge.

By pairing them together we can facilitate meaningful conversations & create opportunities to learn and grow in their roles. To kickoff the program we enjoyed some time outside the office for some fun team building.

We have a great bunch in our program and we look forward to watching them grow!
